i can't read my CP on my i930 with Carrier RSS WHY?

hi all,

i have been trying to read my CP for my i930 so i can enable my Widen,

but after trying Carrier RSS and Super Agent i still can't comunicate with my fone via a USB data cable...Carrier version 12, and Super agent i think its 16.

i change both under tools and option to USB and change my band rate on the fone to auto and it still doesn't work..

i installed the USB driver too from motorola also.....

can anyone help me?

or am i not downloading the right Carrier and Superagent?

**Carrier i downloaded is from WOG, under motorola software .

and super agent i downloaded on this forum under software for i870,

please help...or can someone help to enable Widen wirelessly? maybe with a service fee??

***i am using a sony laptop s360 with windows XP and servie pack 2 installed.

12 is defanatly to old for 930. and i you might need a serial cable to read the 930. Plus i don't think you can enable widen in any of them. carrier or super agent.

Search next time! Please! Latest is version 16 for both. USB on cradle will work fine!

there is a patch to enable widen once you can get the CP out .......

so the next question is where can i find a version 16 RSS carrier ??, i searched the forum already.....no luck =T

Any of you know if i can read the cp of a i930 with rss .15 , i know to .16 is for sure, but i've not just carrier, i have a higher version (S... De...) .15, because i'm trying and i just can't, i've no problem with other models, like i850
