So I almost bought an s40 at Telephone booth (I say almost because they as well as all 100 of their stores had no Rogers Sim cards URGH!!! And was wondering...Since this isn't a Rogers phoen per se, will I lose any of the functionality (Wap etc) that comes with the phone? Maybe I'm just new, but I want to make sure as they said that they won't take it back once sold.

I know that they have this store in Ontario. NOt sure if they have any out west. They are selling for 450 for the unlocked phone. Some people are saying it's 425, but from what the sales person told me it's 450.

well i went to the Telephone Both last week and they are selling it for $399 with activation on Rogers OR Fido. I think it was $450 w/o activation. So I guess you get a Rogers sim with the fone.

I use WAP on the S40... works well(?).

What you can do depends on the phone and features. If you switch to a phone that doesn't have GPRS capability, you're out of luck. But, you can always switch back to your old phone. Unless you tell Rogers to do something to your account, it shouldn't matter...

(or am I misunderstanding you somewhere?)
