Hi, Newbie here, I have a Slider SE47, silver body, with Verizon.
Even though I still have 3 months to go on my 1 year warranty, It's going bad on me. It kills me every time I have to go and get it fixed, as I see it it's a Nice looking phone, but thats it.....maybe I got a Lemon. The bottom line is I think I would have to buy another phone. Any phone you guys think I should use to replace it? any Brand, Model ( not looking for a high price phone, just a good die hard type).....thanks for your help.

Well, not to be rude to anyone here who likes kyocera, but I got an LG after my sliders died and am very happy that I did. Verizon is also a good network.

The Slider was a cool phone....but gave me a hard time, the waiting time at the Verizon store was Not a Walk in the Park!
So I trade it for a Nokia 6015i.....so let's see how it works out...thanks for the comments!

sup i am also a newbei but instead off verizon i say u shuld buy a virgin mobile phone

and the phone u should buy is the adiovov v7 flasher. it is a very hihg qality phone it can download real music ringtones games adult wallpapers and i think is has wed browser. the browser cost 1 dollar for 24 hours. and the phone is prepaid.

We've had no good luck with the Slider, and again, I wouldn't recommend the handset. The data would randomly clear, the backlight would go out, and then you get the "Service Required" error.

Thanks for the comments....yes the Slider looks cool!
But mine gave me a hard time, so I swicthed to Nokia 6015i ( love it ).
My Wife still has her Slider...hope it won't breack down again.
