WAP browser?

Hey, new to the forum and also just got my new Moto Razr. I have a question about the WAP browser, same thing as the browser with a different name? what exactly is it, ive tried reading the manual and couldnt find anything, or maybe i didnt look properly...figured i would try here. I downloaded a ringtone from a site and it gave me instructions to go into my wap browser and then click 'ringtone' and then the song title and then i can purchase my tone there, tried.. but didnt find anything. i would really appreciate the help. thanks.

Cant speak for Rogers..but you likely have to subscribe to their service and request an over the air update for wap settings....unless you find them here somewhere...
