Swapping Vxxx Series Inner Lens...

There are many scratches on the lens cover of both my Moto V551 and my Moto V635. Im planning to order 2 new INNER LENS and I was wondering if anybody had a guide or can tell me how I can remove the inner lens and put new ones on? I really need help! I can't seem to find anything anywhere on [howards].
