can't sync Outlook inbox

when I connect my 650 with the cradle hotsync, I am able to sync my calender, contacts etc, but not my inbox. Is there a setting I'm missing? I don't want to sync while I'm away from the computer, only in the cradle.

That is right, you ar enot able to sync your inbox with the Conduit came with your treo. One solution is to use 3rd party softwares, like Beyond Contact.
