Programming the voice mail pilot number in

I've followed the instructions from Palm's site and another source, which are exactly the same instructions, and they go like this:

Press the phone key
Highlight VOicemail, press Menu
Tap Record then Edit Favorite Button

The problem is that you cannot edit the pilot number in there. Any help?

So what you should do is Create an all new quick key titled VoiceMail with the number you'd like it to have... then just move that to where ever you want it.
