Changing Sony T237 LCD

My Sony T237 fell down, and its LCD has developed cracks. I have a spare non-working T306. Can I interchange their LCD screen? Also, how do I open T237? I have removed the 4 screws at the back of the battery, but something still holds at the top of the cellphone.
