rite now my fone has a sim card that cannot go onto the internet except if i pay 5 cents a kb and that is really expensive. But i have another sim card that i can switch that has 2000kb free each month. If i switch sim cards will my razr now have 2000kb free as well?\

your whole account info is stored on the SIM, if you remove the one that charges 5 cents a kb and put a different one in, then it all depends on the other one. If the other one has 2000kb free, then yes, youll get 2000kb to use on any phone.
Also, you will need to unlock the phone if it is locked if the 2000kb free sim card is from a different company as the one you have now
