Is there a way for flashing a v551 "Secure Blank Neptune LTE" without smartclip?

My motorola v551 phone died when I restored a backup (I used flashbackup) with a wrong pds file.
Now, my phone is recognized as "Secure Blank Neptune LTE".
I tried to recover it with ramldr with an old full backup I have, and a fresh pds backup that I made with flashbackup, but it didn't work!
How can I flash my phone without use an smartclip. Which software I can use?

Search the net for PST or RSD Lite and try that.
