Just a few basic questions about the 9300b...
Can Mobi TV, or the new Mobi radio I've been hearing about be put on the 9300?
Does anyone know where I can get the apps that come originally loaded on the phone? I heard that the US release includes instant messaging software, it this true?
Does anyone know if it's possible to get standard Cingular Media-Net on the device? I know it's capable of full web, but certain things are just easier on Cingulars, not to mention much faster as text-only pages.
What class edge does the 9300 use?
does anyone know about DLing ringtones from Cingular on the device. once again, I know that the phone's capable of using full MP3s or my own MP3 ringers, but it goes back to the lazy/easy thing.
The thing has detatcheable faceplates... where do you buy them??? they're not available on the Nokia site and all I see on Ebay is the standard grey.
that's all my questions I have right now. I'm sure I'll have more in the future. as always, I appreciate any help that you all can give. thanks

Not sure about Mobi TV and Radio?? Probably will have to wait until Cingular releases their custimized version of the phone for there to even be a chance of that. MobiTV's site still doesn't show the 9300. Sorta doubtful such apps will come out for this phone though kinda being that it is going to be marketed so specifically to business people. Maybe? As far as what apps come originally loaded I am not sure? I really like AgileMessenger as an IM program though and the unpaid version seems to work fine for me? Cingular Media-Net works fine to use all web features on the phone. Full web pages are not real quick through a Media-Net connection and the way I understand it the full internet subscription with Cingular won't help that much either. Not sure how to get to cingulars text only WAP sight without a cingular customized version of the 9300 anyhow. You can configure the browser in the 9300 to not download pictures though anyhow. Not sure what class the Edge is? Thought Edge only had one class and it was GPRS that had all the classes. My guess is that it is compatible with all GPRS classes and does Edge also. I have sent ringtones to my 9300a from cingulars site and it worked fine. You can get the faceplates a few plates, but as far as I have found there is only Nokia branded face plates and only like 3 or 4 colors. You can get them at http://www.expansys-usa.com/, but they are pretty spendy. Not sure I answered everything, but that was as good as I can do for now. Now just to wait for the firmware updates to become available. Hopefully eventually www.iUnlock.com will also have the Cingular customized update if you want it. Seems though that Cingular is still having trouble getting this phone to a point they are ready to release it. Was supposed to be out through them by now, but heard they didn't like the reception it was offering. Might be Cingulars testing that resulted in the extra humpage on the back of this 9300b model?? Anyone know if the 9300i seems to have the same hump?
