I've tried all day to get a new starup image and sound but no... my E398 won't let me... I had a guide from mobile9.com i downloaded the Vista skin wth custom startup/shutdown images/sounds... I did exactly like there but still nothing... Oh and my E398 won't accept new icons... I have tried the iTigerWB icons but my phone did'nt startup after finishing installing them... Any help please... Because I'm getting nervous when I read all the posts where everyone talks about their starup images/ sounds, or their icons...
