anyone have this problem with the X800:

I backed up my phone info/settings to my miniSD, reset the phone and restored my backed up info. Since then my phone has started with a System error, and there are certain menus I can not access (Settings/Settings/Phone/General --->App. closed gs) and I no longer have alphabetical selections (I can't type letters). I tried to reset the phone again but my phone is asking for a lock code. Anyone know what the lock code might be? or any information on how to fix my phone.

the lock code is "12345" by default
