Network Connection

Well I got my sidekick yesturday with T-mobile with the data plan. So I plugged it in yesturday and I had to wait until it activated. So today in finally actived but whenever I go to web browser/AIM/Download Fun it says network is unavailble. So I went to Network status and it says under Service: Connecting... and then after awhile it says Not signed in. So I was wondering anyway to fix this problem? Thanks.

do you have a G up by the signal indicator?

you need to see G7 in the top beside the signal bars to connect to the "net"
