I have two issues, one's a tech issue and one's a Microsoft Messenger issue.
1st issue
I support a few Treo 650 users and I have on that has massive issues with VersaMail 3. We run Exchange 2003 in our office and have the Treo configured to sync via ActiveSync. I've set her up numerous times and the settings stick for as long as a week or two before resetting from an Exchange ActiveSync email Account to a MMode email Account. If I hard reset it comes back up fine and it will work but it eventually resets. My next step is to try a new SIM card (read that in a forum) but I was hoping somebody might have some insight.
2nd issue
My office also uses MS Messenger (you can imagine why I'd be excited for a Windows Mobile Treo) and other users have the ability to switch their accounts to Mobile when they leave their desk. I went through all of the account activation and got my confirmation # but I cannot set myself up in messenger to allow users to send messages to my mobile device, the option is grayed out. Anyone seen this before? I use Cingular and my Treo is completely up to date and functional. Any help will be much appreciated.
