It's always interesting to see and hear what apps people are running on what devices. I find some of the coolest stuff...so what is everyone working with?
Me, I use the XV6600. I just finished a new config that is probably the most stable I've had since I've had this machine.
My today screen uses PhoneAlarm, Pocket Diary, SPB Pocket Plus, and Pocket Weather.
Games wise, I currently have DopeWars, Shanghai Mahjongg, Girders, Virtual Pool, Arkaball, 4Pinball, Age of Empires, Pocket Mini Golf, Pocket War, Pocket GrandMaster Chess, and Ultimate Bowling Fighter.
Internet apps I've added are WapNavigator, AIM, and NewsBreak (RSS).
Other apps I use are TomTom 5, Handy Launcher, Handy Menu, Lexisgoo Dictionary, ListPro, MasterCook, PcAnywhere, Phatnotes, Phatpad, Sprite Backup, Pocket Informant, and Inmobile Bartender Guide.
Despite the load, my device runs pretty well and much more stable than before. My previous config had pretty much everything above PLUS MS Voice Command and .NET framework. Since I've taken those off, stable as can be. Plus I no longer have to soft-reset when starting TomTom.

wow! someone got mastercook to run correctly on their ppc?
I'm trying to get MC9 to work right on my ppc6700. Seems my PC says it is exporting my recpes and shopping lists to pda, but my ppc never gets them.
any suggestions?

I use the jamin and have no today plugins. I use several pieces of software for work, etc...
1. pharmacy reference books (I'll spare you the boredom
)
2. Bible (5 versions...my favorite is "the message")
3. several other things (ie tweaks2k2, sktools, total commander, regedit) for reg hacks/tweaks
4. built in apps (I learned a valueable lesson to learn fully how to use the built in apps before using 3rd party apps).....then I'd know what I really "needed". I continue to use all built in apps for now
5. cash organizer (b/c pocket Money doesn't play nice with wm5)

I have an HP iPaq 4150 which I use everyday.
1. My top application is the Slingbox Mobile Player. This allows me to connect to my Slingbox at home and watch TV from my cable provider or control my Tivo. It's great when stuck in an airport waiting for a plane. No need to pull out my laptop
>
2. Besides that, I use eReader to keep up with the latest best sellers. I've been reading on my daily commute this way since my Palm days, many years ago.
3. Web browser to check my email and other websites on the go
4. Calendar and alarm clock.
