Web Error/Please Help!!

I tried setting up free wap on my 8940, and nothing worked. Well, I would always get to the homepage I assigned, but after that, nothing but error messages. Fine. So then I tried pamela80's hex edit, which seemed to go accordingly, but after the homepage loaded, and I clicked on links, still the same error messages! So then I tried to put my web settings back to verizons default settings, and now I can't get web to work at all!

From my understanding, I inputted everything EXACTLY the way it was before I tinkered, and now I can't even get the verizon homepage to start-up! Could someone please help me reset my web settings back to normal? All I want is to get everything back to normal...I was willing to pay the damn 5$ a month just so I knew it was reliable compared to free wap....

since you don't have the Verizon password and user name anymore, you have to go get your phone flashed... backup everything if you have a data cable, then take it to a store, and say that you need your phone flashed.

Oh, okay thanks...I was actually thinking of doing that anyway since I have the old software on my phone to begin with. Maybe i'll take it tomorrow...
