8910-No Caller ID

My sister-in-laws 8910 always says "unavailable number" when she gets a call. This is even when the number is one from her contacts (VZ or landline). I've tried looking through the menu, but can't figure out where the menu option is. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Carriers have the option to allow or not allow caller ID. Call the cell carrier and double check to make sure that the option is enabled.

But my phone has Caller ID with the same Verizon network. So that's why I'm thinking it is the phone rather than the network.

I'll have her call and see what the story is. Thanks.
