VS2 Vodafone WAP Help

I have just got a VS2 on Vodafone UK and downloaded the WAP and MMS settings. However, when I try to load a wap site it says, "Request Rejected". can access PAYT WAP CSD but it's just GPRS I can't access.
How can this be resolved?
