when I plug in the charger or usb. it doesn't charge

I'm not sure it was originallylike this cuz I flashed with lastest unlocked cingular flash off motox.

I tired updating another flash (this time unlocked motorola) and see what happen and again it doesn't charge

something wrong with the phone??

I bought it from rogers..

do you think I can exchange it for a new one?

do I need to change it back to it's original rogers flash? (currently on moto stock unlocked oct-26 version) I don't have the rogers flash.

youll need to find the rogers flash and flash it back to original. look on your box it will have the flash/flex version hopefully and you can search for that

i have the box, but i can't find the flash flex version on it.

I remeber the phone couldn't charge from the start, thought that the batt was full so it didn't charge.

don't think it's flash issue but it's hardware.

new phones should never include a batrery that is charged. the phone might be old.

weird but it's charging now.

on the box it says the phone was issued 11-03 so I don't think anyone touched it before me.

it's charging, so I guess I can sleep tight now.
