xpsilver skin - razr

after flashing i installed the XPSilver skin...followed the tutorial from motomodders for creating directories using p2kCommander instead of pflex...i used the embedded icons so that it will replace my stock cingular icons...now i have 2 questions:
1) when i change skins, say back to Moto, all icons change back to the stock icons (as i would like them to) except MEdia Mall and My Account...they are still the XPSilver icons...why is that?
2) now i have a video camera....however, in the XPSilver skin there is no icon for the camera (it had a replacement for MotoMixer)...is there any way to get an icon matching the others to replace the video camera icons so that i won't see the stock moto icon? (this is very minor but i'd still like to change it 
)
