Is it possible to assign unique MP3 ringtones to individual contacts with this phone? Also, when someone calls you who you have assigned a picture to, does the screen show the picture and name/number?

Yes you can assign specific MP3 ringtones to individual contacts. I do not know about the pictures-I think so but have not done this. Cannot go wrong with this phone-I have had for about 2 months now and I love it soooo much more than my old treo. My only advice is to be patient and take the time to learn the OS if you are unfamiliar with it.

Yes you can assign photo's and yes when they call there photo comes up along with the phone number.

oh man I think its time to get rid of this Treo 650 I just got then... not happy with it at all...
