Are there any manuals on how to disassemble the v635? Specifically, I would like to remove the plastic black bezel that contains the flash, camera lense, and outer lcd lense, and replace it with a new one.

remove faceplate, remove 4 screws around bezel, remove bezel, replace bezel

yeah...what he said...lol...Ive pulled the whole thing apart so as that i could paint it all..I used a thread in here that was on removing or replacing v600 housing...pretty much the same...same precautions need to be taken when removing ribbon cables ect.have a look around for it..

Are the skrews torx6? Are the skrew sizes the same throughout the phone.

yes they should all be 6 and the same throughout the phone. at least the four needed to remove the front bezel are t-6

can't you just pull it off like the v600...i didn't have to remove any screws on my v600 to remove the bezel. Isn't it the same with the v635? Hmmmm

I haven't purchased the bezel yet, but all the ones in the photos I have seen look as if they have a sticky side that just sticks to the phone. I am just wondering if it really is necessary to unskrew anything....

its not necessary to unscrew the front but i would recommend it so as to avoid scratching the lcd when you pry it off. itll also make it easier because youre not wrestling with the whole phone but just the little metal piece.

I need a new bezel for my v635 also. And I dont have a T6 screwdriver. Dont really matter though. If you careful enough I guess you dont have to spend more money buying a T6.
