Vodafone Picture Message Size Limit

do any of the firmwares disable the 30k picture message limit?
I have a 802sh but i'm probably gonna send it back since can't get mms to work all i see is "internet service is not enabled". But I was wondering if the 902 has that restriction too or the 903 and if they have been disabled in any of the firmwares.
