Looks more like a payment/bandwidth issue. I used to have a website, I'm 100% sure thats what it is. Or legal since sidekick is a registered trademark of T-Mobile. I'm kinda leaning toward legal, they even put the website link on the hiptop forums.

if it was bandwidth it'd say suspended or insufficient bandwidth.

It was saying suspended at one point. Now im really thinking legal. even kicktones of kick2go would of done well.
