Bitpim Back up Question

..So I downloaded the Latest bitpim and could check out the contents of the phone. for some reason ringers did not appear and showed some exception. In the file system when I right clicked and chose 'Back up entire tree' even though it created root.zip, the zip file did not have any files. How do I back up teh file system?. Am I doing something wrong. I dont want to add any wallpapers or ringers until I could back up the phone. Please help.

Ummm...where is it moved to? I did a search for "Bitpim Back up" and I didn't even get this thread. Had to do the search by the user name and came up with a handful of threads, but as far as Bitpim as a topic only this thread is showing (which says it has been moved).

the latest bitpim version fixed a bug in the backup feature. Download version 0.8.03
