Hello
I got a used P800 recently

1st thing need to know is "software/firmware" upgrade

My system Info:
Phone: CXC162002 R2D
Bluetooth: CXC12529 R5A
Organizer: CXC162001 R2C02
CDA: CDA162001/6 R4A02

So where/how to get FW upgrade ?

Another rather odd Q:

I find P800 rather "slippery" (it's too smooth ! lol)
Is there some sort of grip-enhancement products on the market ?

I also searched and read some references to FW upgrade
So FW upgrade needs to be done by a service center ONLY, correct ?
