k700i with probs need help...whole new housing, new software new mic

ok I purchased this vodaphone k700i branded phone of this guy for about $30 us, yet it has a few problems, some I am able to fix, some i need help.

problems are
1* case is totally stuffed - fixed by buying a new black case
2* software is **** - what do i need to get rid of the voda software and get the normal k700i stuff on it..
3*The micraphone you talk into seems to be broken like when i talk into the phone, the person on the other end cant hear you. how can i fix this ? is it possible to fix? atm all i can talk into is blue tooth and handsfree
4* the joy stick is a bit ****, still useable but not great? any easy ways to fix this?
5* also the black case I have purchased is the full housing kit like all internal bits, i can take out the main mother board of the phone with the screen and all that easily and connect it back up, the hard thing is this green plastic paper on the back i dont know if i should mess with this? and place it on the new phone, also some of the pads on the current case seem to be glued on
also battery is gonne but I purchased a new one...

any help would be great, if you dont know what im talkign about i will get pics, thanks
