Hi.
I have been able to successfully back up two VX5200 phones with the data cable, I just received, and BitPim.
I have been able to add ringtones and wallpapers to my VX8100 phone. However, I cannot "Backup entire tree..." for my VX8100. When I select this, it allows me to name the zip file. But it is too quick and the zip file is only 4KB.
As I stated earlier, I backed up the X5200 phones and these zip files are 600KB.

Any assistance on what to do?
