What do you mean "I can't buy on Ebay" ? If you have no CC, you'd be hard pressed to find an online store that will deal with international transfers et al.
Anway, try some of the dealers on the HWZ forums...

I have cc, but cant shop on ebay, cause I got banned for life in december 2003 =(

I was selling a samsung s300, thebuyer payed me with paypal.
so long so good.

1 month later i got an email from paypal, sayong that they will do a chargeback on my cc, cause the buyer payed me with a stolen paypal account.

I canceled my cc, they couldnt chargeback....so they my ebay and paypal account got banned =(
After that I tried to signup with my new cc....but they always ban me =(

The www.plemix.com store had =) seems like they ship worldwide =)
is it a good store ???

I think you should clarify your situation with ebay to remove the ban as it is inconvenient for you not to use paypal.
