Trying to pick a phone

Since I have a Nokia 770 on the way (if they ever ship the darn things!), and a bluetooth-equipped Powerbook, I think I'm going to take advantage of the Data Connect sale ($59.99/month) and upgrade my old TDMA 3360.
So I need a new Nokia... looks like the choices are: 6820, 6822, 6682, 6620, and 6230. My only requirements are EDGE and bluetooth, really. I don't _need_ a Symbian phone, or anything complicated. I've been very happy with my 3360. Reception is more important than features, as long as it'll do what I need it to do.
Is the 6230 as much trouble as the reviews say? Is it even possible to find one? I've seen mentions of the 6230, 6230b, and 6230i. What do I want to look for?

forget the 6230 it almost 2 years old mayb by it is (way outdated) there a nokia 6030 coming out i believe u should wait for that phone mayb? i don't think it has bluetooth so it might not b a choice for u. the only thing that close to the 6230 (which is discontinued) is the 6682 (and right now it on backorder from oct heard it coming out dec but who knows if it won't anymore buggy) good luck right now nokia phone r sparse for cingular.

Nope, no bluetooth in the 6030. The 6620 and 6682 are both very new phones, but I've heard that the 6620 doesn't have the best reception. How's the 6682?

The 6682 most likely wont be out til after the new year.

So I guess it's back to square one. The 6620 is the only viable choice right now if I want a Nokia bluetooth phone.

of all the phones i have ever owned, the 6620 is the only phone i have bought twice. as long as you get one of the most recent ones with the latest firmware, it is 100% stable and reception performance is superior to most phones that i have owned. it is highly recommended.
i feel the need to correct something. you said that the 6620 is a very new phone. if anything, by now, it is a fairly old phone that is no longer in our lineup. but still an AMAZING phone...

If you're on a budget, get the 6620. If your wallets are feeling hefty, get yourself a 6682.
Or if you wana be real nice, you should buy my 7610b
