Where can i find an S-40 manual on line?

I have tried searching for the manual on line. (Misplaced mine.) What i am trying to do is reset the systems the phone searches for - i.e. I remember being able to restrict searches by band - 900,1800 and/or 1900.

P.S. I just swapped SIMS and I do now get a menu option to pick network frequencies to search for. I still would like to know where there might be an online manual
