Sharp GX15 ringing problem

HY! I have a problem with my GX15. When I receive a call the phone doesn't ring from the start. For about 3-4 seconds it plays 4 short bips, and only after that it rings. I tried different sounds ... nothing. Pls. Help!!!

P.S. The phone was unblocked; it used to be blocked on Vodafone.
