P Button not good on Treo

So this is prob the 6th.. maybe 7th treo ive had (finally they send me a NEW one and not a refurb)

It worked great for about a month, but now the P doesnt work too well, when im typing and if i press it sometimes it goes.. others it doesnt. seems like i need to put more pressure on it. anyone experience this? i want to call and get a new one, but i dont like refurbs

but i just might have to.

also, anyone know aprox when the 700 is coming out for GSM

I heard a lot of people talk about a bad P key..i personally haven't had the problem...also, we hear the 700 is coming out in Q3 2006

The "P" key on the keyboard of my Treo 650 does not pop up after you press it. A quick search on google reveals that this has been a problem with this phone since it came out. Great quality! Anyone else have this problem? I hardly even use the P key.

The P key on my Treo 650 is now dying. It does not have the poistive click detent of the other keys. It is now dead and has no spring in it. Great quality! I hardly even use this key!!!!!

It started happening after 4 months. I ignored it until I noticed on the internet (Google search) that this is a well documented problem and it only gets worse.

Rogers just exchanged my Treo because of this problem. They couriered a brand new Treo to me along with a prepaid UPS package so that I could send my old Treo back. I plugged in the new Treo and the software perfectly cloned my new Treo. All email settings, email messages, SMS's, etc. It was cloned perfectly!!!!

I love my Palm Treo 650!!!!
