hi... I'd like to change the icons of main menu of Pinter 1.2... I'd like to use my own icons... how can I do it?? (I've already tried the SHXCodec, and change icons of skins (but they all have the original icons))...

If what you mean by "main menu" is the set of icons you see after pressing the joystick center, then get Skinner 4Moto or search for Fearsim's tutorial on skinning.

yeah! this is what i'm talking about...

i've already tried that (in Skinner4Moto, the icons are the originals, but when I upload to my phone, they are the icons of iTigerWB... in any skin that I choose.... I'd like to change it...)

You should save it to another name by pressing "Save as..." then install it to your /c/mobile/skins/nameofskinfolder if you are using a flashed e398 but /a/mobile/skins/nameofskinfolder if you are using a stock e398. Configure beforehand your P2Kcommander to option /c or /a directory

already tried that... I'm making a new skin from beginning... all images are made by me, only the icons are the originals from motorola.... but, when I upload to my phone, it don't show the original icons, it show the icons of iTigerWB (which i've already removed from my phone....)

it display this icons

even if I made one skin based on original (moto, techo neon) .ski files

but I don't wanna use this icons.... I want to use my own icons.... but, even I starting a new skin using the original files (and the original icons)... my phone only show this icons.... I don't like they... I'd like to chage it.... I've already tried everything and just cannot remove that icons....
