s710a SIM card error

I left my s710a on all last night and woke up to find a "Insert SIM' message on my phone. It worked fine last night and hadn't touched it until the morning. I've reset the phone, reseatted the sim card but it still won't recognize it. Do I need to take it to my Cingular store or is this a known bug that I can fix on my own?

Take it to the store. You can possibly fix by cleaning and putting something behind the sim to "push it in" more, but I would take it back. Get it fixed for real.
