HELP!!! K750i Joystick not very sensitive.

I recently got a K750i, used.

Traded it for my RAZR. There are scratches and stuff on the housing, which I plan on changing for a W800i Style anyways.

However, I find my joystick REALLY difficult to control. I have to push really hard in order for it to get it to scroll.

I don't remember where, but I heard that this is caused by a dust build-up under the joystick.

Can anybody confirm this?

yes u can try to take the housing apart to clean the dust

Can this possibly be the reason? Or is my joystick defective?

How much would it cost to replace it, anybody know?

well it's most likely dusty or dirty underneath
or you could give it to a service centre
there should be one in mississauga

Thanks, JwY!!!

I need to find a T6 screwdriver first though.

This is pretty simple but a bit gross. I've been having the same problem, all you have to do is put your mouth over the joystick and suck/blow the dust out. Might be worth using some kind of filter, or you could just use a vacuum cleaner, as long as you don't suck up your whole phone!
