HELP: No signal after flashing rom

I just flashed my MPX 220 to the asian ROM version 3.46, before flashing I had very little signal but know I get no signal at all, can this be caused by the flashing or is it hardware related problem? Any help would be greatly apreciated..thanks in advance.
