V3 language pack reflash

I just did a language pack(0015, English and Simplified Chinese) reflash of my new V3(T-Mobile). The reflash is successful and the phone works fine except one small problem. When switch language setting to Chinese, the phone book is no longer working, I can not even open the phone book anymore. Once switch to English or Auto, phone book is fine. Anyone has some idea why?
