ok...been looking around the forum for this answer but cant find one. i just converted a video to 3gp format using 3GP_Converter. When i put it on the phone i can see it when i go to My Items > Videos > SD card. the file is there but when i try to play the file it says "Cannot Play"

i figured out how to play .asf files, but i want to compare it with the .3gp format. help me please

also, i dont know if the software version matters...and i'm not to sure what i have...but when i put in the firmware code it shows up as:

1.40H
EMP: U100 4.0
OW:7.0.2.1.1.109a
APLIX: 1.31

902 cannot play 3gp full screen, only 177 x 220.
