Cingular BLK RZR help please

Hey all i woke up this morning to find my razr locked up. I took it off the charge and turned off my alarm. and i cant make calls recieve calls or use any button,
every button brings me to volume adjustment screen.
if i hold the red end button it wil power down then i can power it back up. but that is it.
every button just brings me to the volume adjust screen or does nothing.
I have no edits on this phone and have done nothing to it new just a few apps over the past month or so.
the only thing different that i have done is use the alarm on the phone.
can anyone help me with some ideas to bring this back to life?

something isnt right... what do you mean locked up? try a master reset- also try the moto forum

no buttons will do anything but the button to power the phone down.
i just got a text message but i cant read it.
the key pad is lighting up but they are not responsive at all.

I just posted to the moto forum so i will see.
oh and how do i do a master reset?

you will need to delete this thread as you can only post on one forum... i dont remember offhand how to do a master reset but it involves going threw the menu... did you try pulling the battery? you may need to go threw warranty
