Black Razr Firmware Question...

hi guys,
finally got Cingular to unlock the black razr so I could use it for my blue service. but quick question: I typed *#9999# and got the following info:
S/W Version:
R374_G_0E.40.9CR
Flex Version:
GSMV3xxCIN02NA0A5-2.0.L.3.2.0.7.9.0.0.9.0.0.0.1.9.A.0.4.6
H/W Version:
SJUG0851CA

Is my phone up to date? Or is there another firmware version out there?

On another note, my phone displayes a weird symbol next to the 5 bars of reception. I looks like a small square with 2 more shapes merging into 1. I can't describe it any better. Anyone know what that means?
