Phone contact question VS2

I just copied all my contact onto the simcard using the samsung GPRS (my old phone was s100). I need to now copy all the contact info from sim to phone (when it's on my sim card, i can't edit cell, home, ring tone and stuff). How do copy all at once instead of one by one? Or do i have to do it via the handset manager software CD from Panasonic? Thanks!

go to contacts/advanced/copy all from SIM
