Best Exchange wireless email solution for p910

I have a p910 and this month, I will be migrating my company's email server to Exchange 2003. Presently, I have my p910 configured for POP/SMTP mail using the built in client. It's not the most elegant solution, but it works.
I would like to know what anyone would recommend as the best push email solution that would work with Exchange. Ideally I would like to be able to receive my email as well as sync contacts and calendar wirelessly if possible. This would just be for myself since I am the only employee with a p910 (Being IT director has its perks). Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I dont's understand why everyone thinks that POP/SMTP is "not the most elegant solution". I think that the push solutions are the ones that are not very elegant. For the Blackberry for example, if I have the BB connection up then it blocks all other internet activity without manually "pausing" it. Using POP, you really are only behind by 15 minutes if it really that important and I think that for most people 15 minutes is good enough.

If only the world of business agreed.

I used to say the same thing. Even posted it in this forum. Then I lost a couple projects by waiting that 15 minutes. Wasn't worth it in my case. Now I'm a push mail kinda guy, SEVEN, to be exact.

I don't allow access to our exchange servers EXCEPT from a client VPN.. since the P910 VPN option are the s h i t s, I have been forced to try something else. Have installed the Smartner Duality software.. pretty fantastic for sure.
It is made up of wo parts, A PC client and a UIQ client. THe PC client keeps track of the Exchange server and then Pushes mail as it arrives (over HTTP I think with 128 bit AES) you then receive your mail on the UIQ client and when you reply, the same process occurs in reverse; mail is sent to PC and then sent through your exchange server. Footprint on the PeeCee is about 8 megs while running. Pretty elegant solution.
Though it seems they have been gobbled up by Seven - the new solution doesn't do... damn pain in the butt.

I was pretty set on Smartner, but now I am skeptical with it becoming Seven. Any other suggestions?

I can't find another decent one.. that doesn't cost a fortune.. BIt of a pisser actually. Between that and no IPsec VPN client (that I can find) it is a Smartphone that nobody seems ot have built smarts for. Sure, there are a million companies building apps to sell to other companies to integrate - but none for the users. Seems a bit silly.

I actually came across RoadSync by Dataviz. It only works with Exchange 2003 but this seems to be a pretty good solution for p910. Info is here....

Heya, Yeah - ihad a peek at that. Does look decent - but the catch is it seems to use the OWA feature of Exchange. Our Exchange server doesn't use a Front-End - so the security risk of plubking an Exchange server on the web scared me away.. BAH! If I could program.. I would write a VPN app for myself.. but sadly - my gifts aren't there.

Anybody else tried and tools that would be useful? Lord knows, there must be something out there.

I plan on implementing OWA so this might be the way to go for me. I am definitely going to test it out once our Exchange is up. I am looking forward to the results.

If you are able to post your results, let us know!

I have been using Roadsync for about 5 months and it is a great solution. The only drawback I have seen is that it hangs when downloading attachments that are not of a known "kind" on the P910 (like a pdf if you don't have a pdf reader installed. Fortunately you don't have to download attachments unless you request it. Otherwise it is a great solution.
