"Save As" progress bar on Siemens M46

I was playing around on different wap sites using my Siemens M46, and have on a couple of occasions stumbled on a link that caused a window to appear that said "Save As" and a progress bar that lasted a few seconds presumably to download something. I can't seem to figure out what was downloaded though. And where exactly was it being saved? Any ideas?

A logo, screensaver or a ringtone download maybe?
