SEVEN push email for the P910: Question

Hey everyone,

I decided to try out the DEMO for Seven's "always-on mail internet edition" and although I am recieving all my emails into my inbox just fine, they are all blank once opened! Has anyone ever encountered this? Im hoping that this is part of the DEMO version and not a technical issue. Ive tried emailing their customer support and have not recieved a reply for about a week now. That, to me, unacceptable. I even switched out of my sidekick unlimited plan to the tmobile internet just to see if this would fix it, it didnt.

The Handango website does not clarify whether or not the DEMO only pushes the email header and not the entire message or if it's fully functional. Im hoping someone here can give me definite answers. Please help.

I just installed Seven Always-On Mail Internet Edition on my Nokia 9300, and within about 10-12 seconds the mail starts to come into the phone, and after 16-17 seconds it's done. Totally amazed by the speed.

Thanks for the recommendation choco_bunny!

Darn, I was hoping it was part of the DEMO. I honestly dont see what the problem could be. Everything works fine, the email is pushed under 30 seconds... but theyre all blank!!

I think ill reinstall and see what happens then.

Without customer support I doubt Ill be giving these people my money.

go to the web set up page and check the pull down for email size limits, its probably at 0mb bump it on up and you should get the entire message. their support staff is in europe. they are a day ahead i think? it may be the week end there already, also remember the day and night difference also.
