See the help for troubleshooting tips

Then a little notice pops up that says "The phone is not responding while transitioning mode from none to brew". I'm positive that I'm using the right com-port. Please help.

Thanks

Any ideas? Is it a driver issue? Port issue? Cable issue? Please help. That's why I came here.
