looking for a phone for cingular similar to v710 - especially with it's voice recognition feature. I need bluetooth, speaker phone, color outer screen and quad band would be nice but not necesarry; oh yeah, I like flip/clamshells.

any suggestions?

what about the mpx220 color screen minisd quad and it has voice signal on it

if you can do without moto, the sony ericsson z520 is pretty sweet. they've come a long way since crap models like the t616. the phone has all the features you listed as needs.

if you can do without the ext color screen, the moto v557 would be choice.. especially with cingular's medianet live ticker.

I'm kind of leaning towards the v635 - i don't think it has the voice recognition, though.

the V635 is the most alike to the e815/V710

The v3i should have the caller independent voice recognition.
