I've been unable to install the disc2phone software. Are there any other programs that I could use to install the music on the phone?

Just transfer the mp3 files to the phone.

Thanks - I am making this way too complicated!

lol, the thing i like about disc2phone is it can re-encode your mp3s to the bitrate that you want, say you have a 320kbps mp3, disc2phone can re-encode that to 128kbps and transfer it to your phone with one click, a 128kbps mp3 is smaller than the 320kbps thus saving precious memory space

but, if you cant use disc2phone, you can use a free audio editor called Audacity to re-encode the mp3 file, soundforge can get the job done as well but its not free

thanks very much - I am also using Nero to make ringtones. It's really been been enjoyable finding out what else the phone can do.

What about battery duration if you keep using the player ?
