I purchased/acquired the following software:

Novvii Remote
LightWav
VoiceLauncher
Qoffice
Zlauncher
ptunes

Should i install the the prc files to actual palm memory or run them off the memory card?

If you are planning to install a lot of apps, you should run everything off of the memory card that you can.

Any app that you want to run in the background (e.g., when you're using other apps on your Treo), you'll need to install to the Treo memory and not on the SD card. For that reason, I'd suggest putting pTunes in Treo memory (RAM) and not on the card.
